Why is it when I click on checkout the PayPal comes up as hello@primaryclothing.com.au?
The Loftus Experiment is owned and run by Primary Printing & Designs/Primary Clothing. We run Loftus from the Primary Paypal account.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do you guys accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges only if the error is on our part. Please carefully look over the items in your cart before making an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. If there is an error on our part, please email us at info@theloftusexperiment.com and we will gladly help you fix your order.
How long does it take for me to get my order?
It takes anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on your location in the country. Sometimes things going missing in transit, If you do not receive your package after 2 weeks, please promptly email us at info@theloftusexperiment.com
How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?
The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Do not iron the print – If you want to iron your Tee turn it inside out! But hey who irons their Tees!
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our T-Shirts are screenprinted inhouse. Most of the shirts are printed with water-based or discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft print. We also use Plastisol inks. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.
Do you print your own shirts?
Yes, we are also a Screenprinting business www.primaryclothing.com.au.
Do you print for other Brands, Bands or businesses?
Yes we do we print for anyone that needs Screenprinting.

What shipping method do you use?
We use Australia Post & Aramex.
How much does shipping cost?
At this stage shipping is flat rate of $10.00 Australian customers.
